  • Cancellation Period: You may cancel your enrollment within 7 days of the course start date for a full refund, minus any administrative fees.
  • Cancellation After the Start Date: If you cancel after the course has started, you will not be eligible for a full refund. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the duration and percentage of the course completed.

3. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: To be eligible for a full refund, you must cancel your enrollment within 7 days of the course start date.
  • Partial Refund: If you cancel after 7 days but within 30 days of the course start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund, which will be calculated based on the percentage of the course completed and any administrative fees.
  • No Refund: No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the course start date.

4. Procedure for Cancellation and Refund

  • Request Submission: To cancel your enrollment and request a refund, you must submit a written request via email to [insert email address] with the subject line “Cancellation and Refund Request.”
  • Review Process: Your request will be reviewed, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 14 business days.
  • Refund Processing: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Administrative Fees: All administrative fees are non-refundable.
  • Materials and Supplies: Any course materials or supplies that have been used or are not in resalable condition are non-refundable.

6. Special Circumstances

  • Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency or other significant unforeseen circumstances, we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Appropriate documentation will be required.
  • Course Cancellation by Academy: If a course is canceled by Bharath Talent Research Academy, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
