    Position: Regional Village Representative

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct daily visits to assigned villages or cities to actively promote the organization’s services. Engage with community members, raise awareness, and provide information on how they can benefit from the organization’s offerings.

    2. Make bi-weekly or monthly visits to nearby schools and colleges to present the organization’s initiatives, focusing on identifying talent and encouraging students to participate in various programs.

    3. Organize small workshops or presentations in educational institutions to explain the services provided by the organization and how it benefits students.

    4. Actively search for and identify individuals with notable talents, regardless of their age, and record videos or other media to document their skills.

    5. Collaborate with Local Authorities and Work with local community leaders, schools, and colleges to identify talented individuals who may benefit from the organization’s programs.

    6. Collect biodata and applications from talented individuals, ensuring they include relevant information that can help the organization support and promote them.

    7. Encouraging Participation and provide guidance to individuals and families on how to apply for the organization’s talent support programs, explaining the potential benefits.

    8. Provide weekly/Monthly Reports and regular reports on the activities undertaken, including the number of visits, talents identified, and applications collected.

    9. Collect feedback and Suggestions from the community and institutions on the services and initiatives, and report it to the organization for further improvement.

    10. Act as a relationship between the organization and local communities to ensure a smooth flow of communication.

    11. Event Coordination and assist in organizing and coordinating events that the organization may plan in the region. By structuring the daily, weekly, and talent search tasks effectively, the Regional Representative will play a critical role in promoting the organization’s services and local talents.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, schools, and educational institutions.
    2. Promote Bharath Academy’s educational programs and services within assigned regions.
    3. Conduct regular field visits to rural and urban areas to promote the academy’s educational offerings.
    4. Identify talented Students and recruit students interested in Bharath Academy’s programs.
    5. Provide detailed information about the academy’s courses, benefits, and application process.
    6. Collect and maintain accurate data on student inquiries, enrolments, and feedback.
    7. Prepare regular reports on field activities, progress, and outcomes.
    8. Provide feedback to the management team to improve outreach strategies.
    9. Visit schools, colleges, and community centres to identify students with special talents or academic potential.
    10. Capture and document talent through videos, interviews, and biodata submissions.
    11. Provide ongoing guidance and support to students and their families throughout the enrolment and learning process.
    12. Ensure that all necessary documents are collected and processed for student applications.
    13. Work closely with other team members to align fieldwork with Bharath Academy’s overall mission and goals.
